Abderrahim Ouadrassi
Abde is President of the EuroAfrica Foundation and founder of AbdeCoach, where he works as an executive coach and strategic thinking partner for leaders navigating complexity. His approach starts from a simple conviction: leadership can be trained, and no important decision holds up without first understanding the context it is made in.
Through the EuroAfrica Foundation, he drives commercial, cultural and institutional cooperation between Europe and Africa, with particular attention to the relationship between Spain and Morocco: two countries he knows from the inside, having built his life across both shores of the western Mediterranean.
His work with executives and teams blends executive-coaching methodology with a geopolitical lens rarely found in the field: leadership understood not just as people management, but as the ability to read context, anticipate friction and build bridges where others see only borders.
That same instinct for bridge-building runs through his work in cultural diplomacy and intercultural dialogue, and through his earlier business career: before EuroAfrica and AbdeCoach, Abde founded and led the SAIFHOTELS chain and the real estate company RELASTATIA in Morocco, and spent years as a weekly contributor to the Balearic newspaper Última Hora on economics and internationalisation. He writes for SAIF World on geopolitics, leadership and the relationship between the two shores of the Mediterranean.
